“My partner & myself booked to stay at Alexander hotel for one night for our anniversary. It was our first time visiting after many family members recommending. We checked in & at arrival they told us we had been upgraded to a garden deluxe suite as it was a special occasion which was a lovely touch. The suite was absolutely amazing, the most amazing suite we had stayed in. We had lovely fruit and chocolate to say happy anniversary. We couldn’t fault any of the staff from having breakfast in our room, to dinner at the reflections restaurant. Overall the staff and hotel is the best out there. We will even be considering having our wedding here in the future.”

“This is our 4/5th stay at Alexander House! The Hotel maintained high Covid standards throughout our 2 night stay and staff went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. Had lovely lunch in Champagne Bar and checked into our room at 3pm. We stayed in "Magnolia" a Luxury Super King Room, situated on the 2nd floor with wonderful views overlooking the Spa. The grounds are amazing and you can literally walk for miles. Our evening meal was delicious and the breakfast was top notch...we had choice of fruit juice, followed by cereal/fresh fruit, basket of pastries/toast and choice of full English and usual other options - absolutely faultless. Gym was well equipped and also made good use of the tennis court. We cannot wait to return!”
