“This is possibly the best experience we have had at a hotel. They can’t do anything more to make the experience better it’s the definition of perfection. The hotel is beautiful, it’s right on a white sand beach. The customer service is next level, anything that is asked they try to make it happen for you. The Pandano restaurant which is part of the hotel is excellent, again the service is brilliant. The most relaxing tranquil experience with brilliant food and drinks. The owners of this hotel and restaurant are extremely passionate and kind. This shines through. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxed stay.”

“My stay at Jashita was wonderful, I found an exotic and tropical world in the beautiful jungle and beach before arriving to Tulum town. I was capable to appreciate the pleasure of being here and fall in love with Jashita hotel. For food what I like the most was fresh Italian fish. I walked under the beautiful Caribbean sun. I swum in the blue lagoon of this hotel, I felt so much joy and happiness in my heart forgetting every problem I had. I will remember always with love Clemete and his restaurant Pandano.
