New modern and rational olive groves and orchards and the Rio Red Garden in turn offer products used also in the preparation of their chef's dishes, in particular a selection of superior quality Extravirgin olive oil already awarded by the main international guides.

The line of local products is completed with jams and juices, made with fruit grown and harvested on their farms and hand-crafted in a small workshop. From the terraces of their Rio Rosso vegetable garden there are also the 9 different varieties of aromatic herbs used for aromatic salts, a condiment with a unique taste thanks to the encounter with the precious sea salt of Cervia.  

Beside the products grown directly on their farm, there is also a selection of excellent products, in collaboration with primary companies that share the values of Palazzo di Varignana, such as the pursuit of quality and respect for the great Italian tradition. The result is a refined line of fine teas with unique scents, artisan honey, produced by local beekeepers and with exclusive organoleptic characteristics as well as  Italian artisan chocolate and chocolate spread made with Palazzo di Varignana's extra virgin olive oil and IGP hazelnuts.
