Wonderful experience, especially as it was our first time in Mexico. Food was excellent (the taco truck and Ume were particularly good, although the view for Su Casa is hard to beat). Wide variety of mindfulness / restorative activities every day, but it was also perfectly fine to grab a drink and lay on the beach all day (clean beach, cabana drink/food service). Cesar and Lily were excellent guides during our stay and the spa was particularly wonderful (5 stars to Norma, and the cenote swim). Would highly recommend and would love to return some day.

This place is purely magical! From the classes with authentic and pro-like instructors to live relaxing music on the beach by the fire-pit, to amenities and service - don’t think there is a match, The service is truly unparalleled - they kelp surprising us with new little details. Activities, personal concierge on your phone, food, amenities - everything superb. This is not your regular all-inclusive - no buffets, all food is served at high - end restaurants (Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean) . Then there are healthy cafes and a gourmet food truck on the beach. Amazing quality of food (fresh, organic ingredients, interesting flavors). Specifically wanted to note the service of our waiters Alejandro, Edwin and Mendoza - they really know how to create a top notch experience. We had a great time and making plans to return!

This place in unbelievable! It's so luxurious yet rustic at the same time. If you're vegan/plant based, the options for food here are endless (however there are options for our omnivorous friends, as well). We needed (and deserved) a little pampering and the staff at Palmaïa did not disappoint. They were so attentive, warm and really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was incredible. My husband and I officially decided that this is our home when we visit Cancun from now on! You won't be disappointed.

We are just waiting for our transfer to the airport after an absolutely wonderful trip. It exceeded all our expectations and there is not a single thing we would have wished to be different. Jos was so friendly and informative when he took us around the resort when we arrived and left, Are and Valeria were fantastic as our nomadic guides (the best concierge you can imagine!), all the restaurant staff were great, but Anna from the food truck was especially kind and warm, Israel from Lek was so open and attentive, and Louis Moya from reception was hilarious! Our spa treatment was divine. Honestly, everybody we came into contact with was so polite and welcoming. The best holiday we’ve ever had and we would come back in a heartbeat. So SO good for vegans, and caters to omnivores, so everyone will be happy.
