A Travel Matters Consultation outlines our contractual services that you will receive from our trusted team of Travel Advisors. We will get to work re-confirming all reservations, sending you detailed confirmation materials, requesting exclusive upgrades & benefits and act as your advocate before, during, and after your trip. Travel Matters has invested many years to build our skills & travel knowledge so that we can help you get the most value from your travel spending. Whether you a looking for a luxury holiday or are on a budget, we have over 40 years of combined travel expertise and have travelled to over 100 countries. We are confident that you will receive seamless travel planning and peace of mind!
Terms & Conditions
You will have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your Consultation. This will include a phone conversation during one of our allotted slots (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00), followed by a series of email communication and an itinerary plan.
Our fee covers our services, and we believe you will receive far more value than the cost of our fee. Charging a fee also allows us to be available to assist you at no extra charge if something goes wrong before or during your trip.
We love to learn more about you & your fellow travellers, what your interests are and where you have been before. This will help us understand your preferences. Travel Matters is proud of our on-going relationships with our Clients.
